By accessing or using SPHERE™, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Membership Eligibility

Members must be at least 16 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree not to post, upload, transmit, or share content that:

• Contains illegal activity
• Promotes violence or threats
• Contains child exploitation material
• Contains non-consensual explicit content
• Harasses or bullies others
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Attempts to damage SPHERE™ systems

5. Content Ownership

Members retain ownership of content they create and upload. By posting content on SPHERE™, you grant SPHERE™ a limited license to display and distribute that content within platform services.

6. Payments and Membership Fees

Membership fees, creator subscriptions, advertising services, and other paid services may be offered through approved payment providers. Fees may be updated periodically with notice.

7. Account Suspension

SPHERE™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, community standards, or applicable laws.

8. Privacy

Use of SPHERE™ is also governed by the SPHERE™ Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

SPHERE™ may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security, improvements, or operational reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

SPHERE™ Social Media Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
